At Tinctoria, every garment is carefully handcrafted and naturally dyed in small batches. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our pieces. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse

Due to the nature of natural dyeing, slight variations in color and print are not considered defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear images (if the product is damaged or defective)

Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product is defective

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please mention this in your return request.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.
